At Mutify, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the information below before placing your order.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability may vary depending on your location. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Order Processing

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Please note that processing times may be extended during product launches, promotional periods, public holidays, or other periods of high order volume.

Delivery Estimates

In-Stock Items

  • United Kingdom: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping service.

Pre-Order Items

Items marked as Pre-Order are manufactured as part of the next production batch. Estimated dispatch is 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise agreed.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their local customs authority. Mutify is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, these are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed. Mutify is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. Mutify cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or has not been delivered within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
