Returns & Exchanges Policy
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the limited nature of our collections, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item. Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund where required by applicable consumer law.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Size Exchanges
We offer size exchanges only, subject to product availability.
To be eligible for a size exchange:
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Please note that colour exchanges are not available. We recommend reviewing product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.
If the requested size is unavailable, we reserve the right to offer an alternative solution at our discretion.
Exchange Process
To request a size exchange, please contact contact@mutify.uk with:
- Your order number
- The size you currently have
- The size you wish to exchange for
If your requested size is available, we will provide return instructions and arrange for your replacement item to be dispatched once the original item has been received and inspected.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for exchange. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Mutify cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
