Orders and Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide to most countries. Whether you’re in the UK, Europe, or overseas, we aim to get Mutify pieces to you wherever you are.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and whether your item is in stock or on preorder.
In-stock items:
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and typically arrive within 2–5 working days (UK).
Preorder items:
Preorder items are produced in the next production batch and typically ship within 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase.
During high-demand drops or busy periods, delivery times may be slightly extended.
Do you offer order tracking?
Yes, once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Returns and Exhanges
Do you accept returns?
We want you to love your purchase. While we don’t offer refunds for change of mind purchases, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What can i exchange?
We accept size exchanges only, subject to availability. Colour exchanges are not available, so please choose your colour carefully before placing your order. To request a size exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and ensure it is unworn and in its original condition.
How do I request an exchange?
Contact contact@mutify.uk with your order number and the size you’d like. If it’s in stock, we’ll guide you through the exchange process and arrange for your replacement to be sent.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal for fast and secure checkout. These options allow you to complete your purchase in the way that’s most convenient for you.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, protecting your information is a top priority. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways that meet the highest industry security standards. This means your card details are never stored on our servers and remain fully protected during every purchase.
Preorders & Stock Availability
What does preorder mean?
If a size is sold out, it may still be available as a preorder. This means your item will be shipped once it has been restocked.
How do I know if my size is preorder?
Some sizes may be in stock and ready to ship, while others are on preorder. This will be clearly stated on the product page. By purchasing, you confirm you have checked this.
Where do I check stock for my size?
For tracksuits, stock and preorder information is shown in the “Preorder & Stock Information” dropdown on the product page (just above the size selection).
Please open and check this before purchasing to see which sizes are in stock or on preorder.
For other items, availability is shown automatically on the product page, it will display “Buy Now” if in stock, or “Preorder” if the item is sold out.
What happens if I order in-stock and preorder items together?
In-stock items will be shipped first. Preorder items will be shipped separately once they are ready.
Can I cancel a preorder?
Preorders cannot be cancelled once placed, as items are produced based on demand.
Restocks and Limited Drops
Will sold-out items come back?
We know it’s frustrating when an item you want sells out. Some of our products are limited drops, meaning once they’re gone, they won’t return. Others may restock depending on demand. The best way to stay updated is to join our email list or follow us on Instagram/TikTok, we announce restocks and upcoming drops there first.
Packaging
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes. We use recyclable materials and minimal packaging wherever possible to reduce waste, without compromising on protection for your order. We’re always looking for ways to make our packaging even more sustainable, from biodegradable mailers to eco-friendly tape.
Is your packaging discreet?
Absolutely. We understand some customers value privacy, so we don’t put product names or branding that reveals the contents on the outside of our packaging. Your order will arrive safely, securely, and with your privacy respected.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, Mutify ships to a wide range of countries across Europe, North America, Asia, and Oceania.
Which countries do you ship to?
- Domestic orders are shipped directly from our UK base for fast delivery.
- EU: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
